How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • By aiding marketing initiatives by following up on incoming leads and inquiries.
  • By discovering new prospects within the businesses of current customers.
  • By grasping our buyer personas and understanding the needs and challenges of the market.
  • You can personalize your outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn by researching potential clients and their organisations.
  • By convincing prospects to schedule a call or meeting with a Wrike Account Executive.
  • Qualifying prospects will enhance conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity.
  • By directing qualified opportunities to the right Account Executives for further nurturing and closure.
  • By utilizing tools like SalesLoft.
  • By collaborating with other SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to refine and enhance our messaging.
  • Researching competitors, consumer behaviour, market trends, product developments, and lead acquisition strategies.
  • Analyzing customer personas and demographic data to generate leads.
  • Creating lists of potential leads to contact with relevant information.
  • Making cold calls to engage prospective customers or clients.
  • Designing and executing email campaigns aimed at attracting new leads.
  • Working in conjunction with sales teams to identify and convert prospective customers.

You will Excel if you Possess:

  • English skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed in Sales.

You will Distinguish Yourself with:

  • More than a year of experience in Sales Development or a related role within a B2B environment.
  • Energetic and positive communication skills over the phone, along with excellent listening and writing abilities.
  • The capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • A proven track record of meeting monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM and opportunity management systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • A robust work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ mindset.
  • Open to all nationalities
