Our client is a well-established entity in Malta. As they expand, they are looking to hire several Human Resources Managers to join their team in different parts of Malta (e.g., Central Malta, North of Malta, South of Malta, and Gozo).
Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the development, presentation, and execution of the strategy.
- You will direct HR initiatives throughout the organization, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
- You will design structured onboarding and training programs to improve employee development and engagement.
- Your performance management responsibilities will include leading reviews, setting KPIs, and promoting continuous improvement.
- You will cultivate positive employee relations and professionally resolve issues.
- You will oversee payroll and benefits to guarantee equitable and competitive compensation, utilizing HR systems for efficient payroll, record-keeping, and data management in workforce planning.
- You will guarantee adherence to Maltese labour laws and safety regulations.
- You will develop a robust HR function supporting business growth and departmental objectives.
- You will be a member of the management team.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of automated hiring systems.
- Have expertise in Human Resources Management systems.
- Must know the English language.
